However fitting the requirements of successful project management into your existing busy schedule is not as easy as it may first appear.

if you are planning a project of any size ask yourself the following questions;

• will I have time to constantly negotiate with contractors and tradesmen to get the work done?
• will I have to spend many frustrating hours just making sure my instructions are followed?
• will I have to stay in for hours waiting for deliveries?
• will I get the best possible value from my available budget?
